Should be fine assuming all on one ticket. Just proceed to transfer and clear security, go up one level. If arrival flight is on time and you have lounge access (eg by flying business class or with *G status) you will even have enough time for a quick lounge visit.

Most likely arrival and departure will be in pier C. It only takes 5 minutes or so to walk from one end to the other (and similar from the transfer security to the lounge).
