correct from previous posts in that the showers have just shower and sink, no toilet. ATL showers have toilets. One thing I'd caution the OP tho, is that I"ve had one occasion where they ran out of towels in the shower so they closed the shower. I'm not sure if you're taking the shower pre or post your flight but if it's late at night and ur on the red eye, they MIGHT have run out of towels that day. Might it be worth it to bring your own small towel. Just a thought..........
