Firstly thank you all, I've gone from blue to silver in 9 months on the BA Exec card following all your advice! I am nearly at gold and I think I made rather a big mistake...I booked a couple of return tickets for my boyfriend (who isn't a BA member) and I thinking that as I booked them and be doesn't have a frequent flyer number that I would collect his tier points as I paid for the trip. Looking into it it appears I can set him up as part of my household and we can pool our avios, but only he can earn tier points. Is that right? Dammit!
