I wonder if anyone can offer some up to date advice…
My wife and I flew CPT-LHR on the 11th Oct in the OF cabin. Knowing the deal with the compensation we brought this up during a routine chat with the Senior cabin crew member and he took our details saying he'd put in a request on the iPad when back in the UK. Interestingly he didn't ask for our email addresses, just our BA numbers.
Now nearly three weeks on I've not heard a peep so was going to give BA a nudge. My question is which department am I likely to get the quickest result from / which department is used to dealing with this?
Would it be You First or general Customer Services?
