Look at the upgrade list. If she isnt #1 tell them they need to do whatever it takes to make her #1. Like put her into an F fare so she lists as an F pax without an F seat. They CAN do it...not sure if they WILL.
It helps if you jab your finger at them when talking as well.
And make sure, in advance, they have enough cheeseplatters.
