Just for clarification, one of the anti pin arguments is that in the UK, they saw an upswing in ATM fraud as stolen pins became more likely with their greater use. Interesting angle I never thought of.
Were they skimming PINs at businesses, stealing the cards afterward and using them at ATMs? Or was the skimming at ATMs themselves? I didn't think cash advances were that common.
