I would not choose my airline based on a difference of 10 euros/return flight, and I doubt many would.
If your company implements a "cheapest economy" policy and you had to explain to your boss that he should pay 10 Euros more so you can have a slightly better sandwhich, you might start thinking differently. And most leisure passengers follow this policy anyway.
