I received my QC25's on Tuesday, but was out of town until last night. Also slightly bummed b/c I was talking to a colleague on my flight yesterday about his QC20i's and how he loves them so much, with the fancy "aware" mode and all that.
Anyway, I've been wearing these things all day, sometimes turned on and sometimes turned off, and did all 4 of my conference calls with them. They've been on my head for about 5 hours today and extremely comfortable. Could only tell the slightest difference with my glasses on and off, so it seems like they're sealing quite well. The ear cups seem much softer than those on my brother-in-law's QC15's, which I couldn't stand after a while. They were just too tight, and these are much more comfortable.
Everyone has said that I'm very clear, so the mic appears to work well. As with the music, mic works when NC is turned off, although it's not as loud/clear. I'm no audiophile, so things like soundstage, details on highs/lows/mids don't bother me too much. It is a bit trebley compared to my MEElectronics earbuds, but not bad.
I'll test them out in-flight tomorrow morning and evening as my first "field test" so to speak. So far, though, I'm pretty pleased with them.
I think I do have to get used to that pressure sensation when NC is on, but no complaints otherwise at this point.
