Used to fly a bit for business and now my role has changed so I do not fly as often. The new AA mile changes really hurt my plans as it costs more to fly now. I wanted to take my girlfriend some place nice using the miles.

Ideally I'd like to book in the next day or so for travel any time in the next year, what would be the best value? I was planning on business class to Europe but now I do not have enough miles. I have 120k.
