Etihad Regional and Big Etihad obviously have two different products but ER is quite honest compared to other European carriers: They offer economy and premium economy, not business class*. So they do not create the false image of business class that you would expect from a top-carrier. Anyway, I sent them some questions about the product.

* On a sidenote: Air Serbia (another Etihad partner) seems to have real business class seats.
