I've seen some references in other threads about some hotels having better "corporate rates" than others.

I know that there is a field to place "Corporate/promotional codes" when booking online and I've seen this thread:

If I were a business could I get a rate just for my employees to use? How would one set that up? What's the discount on that type of rate? Or does it subject you to just one room type.
