Sorry but I don't think you understood my original post. I was explaining what the chase rep told me. My serve credit card load through was not working with my chase ink plus (normally has worked for the past several months). I called into Serve they said they don't see anything unusual for blocking my transaction. I called Chase, they said Serve changed the transaction code for this type of transaction and said Serve blocks it on Serve's side.
