Yeah, I wouldn't go carrying opened packages of white powders when doing otherwise would be no problem.

That being said I have carried a container of white powder on multiple international flights--it's not even commercially labeled. I don't have a choice, though. (It's a mixture from a bunch of different commercial packages, about half of which still contain much of their original contents.)
