I am more curious why CBC's super-duper investigative team can't "uncover" the actual details, such as exactly how many of the female, or male, pilots have seen the various questionable material. The latest news story from the CBC mentions one specific female pilot, yet upthread, a post notes that another female pilot was contacted by the CBC and essentially said nothing.

The problem is compounded by the divide among the pilots themselves - those who spoke out and those who had no comment.
