Two of the lounge descriptions state:

Guest Currency - 28 USD, Member Currency - 27.00 USD
This could mean that the fee to admit the cardholder is $27, and the fee to admit an additional guest is $28. The terms of the USA cards do leave open this possibility, and I imagine cards issued in other countries have similar provisions. (Cards issued in the UK charge a fee for all lounge visits):

2) A fee may be charged to enter select locations. Fees vary by location. Entry and use may be subject to conditions.
