If this is the case, AA should be generous with their comp for those 2 cases. Would a couple hundred bucks in vouchers really be so hard to hand out given that this is a rare and rather disgusting occurrence?
I tend to agree. Its a horrible experience to happen. AA should at least show some contrition and sympathy. I get it that with quick turns how easily a cleaning crew is going to miss something like this and as far as AA going with longer turns for more adequate cleaning of the a/c, it ain't gonna happen.
