Well I strongly believe my position here... and as you can tell I am rather passionate about such matters. I also did have a lot at stake.

But to be honest, I am planning to try as many and any other avenue first and then possibly go that route if and where necessary. I have called the court clerk and ordered the forms though.

I know others are considering it and have PMd as such, but everyone has to figure out what is worth what here for themselves.
