Thrifty is hit and miss sometimes with shuttles at LAX. I've had two tough experiences where they didnt show at a terminal for close to 20 or 30 minutes. By the time they did arrive, they were so full that they skipped those waiting at T5, T6, and T7. I've also seen huge queues waiting to pick up the shuttle at the return location.

Allow for some extra time with these guys....
