Yeah, cuz a functional engine and pee on a seat are exactly the same thing...

I guess I'm the odd one here since I make sure the seat is not pee-soaked or has no metal spikes waiting to impale me before I sit down.

But if you expect the airline to certify each seat is pee-free, who's job is that and how is that accomplished ?
