Ashcroft would have/subject us to the whinings of either country music or white power bands.

Another good question would be related to either the 4th amendment or the 1st amendment. If the question is answered correctly demonstrating an understanding of these amendments, then this would be suitable grounds to evict an immigrant or a visitor.....
