Note that DUB is now a T5 departure our of LHr, instead of T3. So you will get to ride the cold, jittery, long bus from T3 to T5. 3 hours is plenty. If you are PLatinum or above then look for the FastTrack lane at T5 (and don't forget to remove your ipad at UK airports).
