Does anyone have any success dealing with SAS's web shopping portal? To define success, I would accept any of the following:
(1) Ability to access the page (
https://onlineshopping.flysas.com/se/frontpage) without getting security certificate warnings or having to update my web browsers ability to accept cookies (note: I have tried Chrome and IE)
(2) Place and order and actually have the transaction register >33% of the time
(3) Have customer service respond to emails
(4) Actually receive the points for the purchase
I would say that I am batting around 25% and have decided to give up with the web shopping portal. It just is not worth the headache anymore. I know that SAS IT is generally bad, but they seem to have outsourced things to someone even worse...and that is not even considering the lack of customer service.
Am I doing something wrong or do other FTers experience the same problems?
