Bistro breakfast prices are relatively high. But my Bistro breakfast of individually-prepared cheddar scrambled eggs, with crisp bacon, potatoes, sourdough toast and Starbucks coffee was way better than Fairfields and Residence Inns, and even a number of woeful fs Marriott restaurant buffets and lounge offerings that I've experienced. (I'm talking to you, Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview.) However, a large family would, indeed, spend a bundle at the CY Bistro for breakfast.
