I disagree with the prep area/buffet comment - I love the open kitchen and the way the buffet line for breakfast bleeds into the area where the cooks are working. Its inviting and an interesting way to interact at this property.
I like it also, but try to order from the wait staff, and not the cooks. Learned the hard way. Great buffet, BTW
