What do you mean by "picked"? Are they giving you the card, or does it belong to someone else? If it's not your card, it's basically useless for you. What card is used for purchasing a ticket doesn't matter for lounge access. There's no such thing as an "elite" credit card, and credit cards do not convey elite status.
