I've been staying since 2011 and the nights were so predictable! But there might be hope! On a visit last month there was a BBQ night with steak and they were making an evening cocktail which was tasty. I don't recall either of these before but I didn't get a quesadilla night which was my fave!
They started the Wednesday night BBQ a couple of months ago. I think it is pretty good, and they generally have senior staff wandering around that night to interact with the guests.
The nightly cocktail is a neat idea and they used to have a special Sunday brunch cocktail. Agree that the food offerings can get repetitious, but as someone pointed out, the number of guests that are there frequently enough to notice is probably quite a small proportion of the overall number of guests.
