I cancelled 3 Platinum level Citi cards and told the rep at Citibank I was changing to Southwest, due to the new award criteria, or lack thereof, and I cant believe I am the only one doing so. Maybe somebody up the line realizes what is happening. The cards generated about 150M a year to AA.
