Looks like there's a huge (one-time) loophole for elite qualification for the first half of next year. Credit all your paid business/first travel to US Airways and earn a 50% PQM bonus. Then those PQMs get converted to AAdvantage EQMs mid-year, and you retain the 50% PQM bonus as EQMs.
