I have a clear cut case where the same room, same hotel is now cheaper on hotels.com than it was when I booked. ($10 a night less, to be exact) The rate in question is nonrefundable.
I submitted a BRG claim for the first time ever about 24 hours ago. Have not yet heard back from them - not even an acknowledgement e-mail. ???
Are nonrefundable rates fair game for BRG? I didn't come across any fine print to say it isn't (unlike opaque websites which are clearly excluded).
