AAdvantage is remaining status quo, with a few changes. In a USAToday article, Suzanne Rubin mentioned they need to integrate first - reservations, IT, etc. Then they would consider further changes. In other words, any significant changes (ie 4 elite tiers, revenue based, unlimited upgrades, etc) would come after they completed integration.
