The only downside is going to be seeing all the HFV from UA/DL do status match/challenges to increase and as such engorg the pool of HFV's more.
Not sure how many true HVFs (say 30CPM and up) will be moving to AA, as they'd be missing out on serious RDMs relative to UA/DL.
