Come to think of it, the place we stayed at was called The German Guest House, and had a travel desk* there...
So you never know - google them and send them an email
* we considered hiring a car and driver for a day trip out to the Sudanese Pyramids, North of the city. But in the end Mrs pandaperth wasn't comfortable with that
