Since AB does not fly to KRT, it has no office there (or GSA as far as I can tell)
and if you were to turn up at one of its office elsewhere, you would then be subject to the rule:
WHEN TRAVEL ORIGINATES IN A COUNTRY FOR WHICH A SPECIFIC LOCAL CURRENCY FARE IS PUBLISHED AND THE TICKET IS SOLD IN ANOTHER COUNTRY THE FARE WILL BE THAT PUBLISHED FOR THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN CONVERTED TO THE CURRENCY OF THE COUNTRY OF SALE AT THE BANK SELLING RATE. THE RESULTANT FARE MUST NOT BE LOWER THAN THAT FROM THE COUNTRY OF SALE.
So purchase in say Germany then you pay the German price (because it is higher than the Sudan price)
Edit: just saw later reply indicating AB don't know what a xONEWCx is.
I feel pretty sure that if you asked them to ticket you an ex-Germany AONEWC4 (base price EUR12977) then they'd pretty darn quickly learn about such tickets
