However, if there is something I've learned about this management team since the HP/US merger, it's that they do listen to feedback. They don't seem to do enough up front to gauge reactions before implementing a change, but as demonstrated by the food changes this fall, it may not be a full accommodation/retreat, but they do react to loud negative feedback they cause.
