Yeah it does qualify. I checked my statement ending Oct 24th. I already have a few hundred in Costco gc's and I don't want to lose out on the fidelity amex 2% so I've used Costco gc's as filler on their separate spend xx/month get xx bonus.
I'm also wanting to know if giftcards.com is another method for buying gc's because I still have the full 1.5k on another card to go. I read giftcardmall is another method but I'm worried about cash advance fees with discover.
I'm looking to load them to serve so it has to be the pin debit cards and my understanding is amex gc's won't work.
