chip-and-pin offline vs online google chart refinements
The following just say "chip-and-pin" in the chart (no on or offline distinction).
The Barclaycard has both off and on line PIN verification.

Various CU debit contracting with PSCU.
Adding on/offline detail to the chart is very helpful.
Please help identify online vs offline so that folks can have a more pleasant experience at offline terminals.
