On my reservation I am currently waitlisted on SIN-->NRT (804) and NRT-->ORD (882) on Oct 30. On the mobile app it shows seats available. On 804 capacity 40 -booked 37 and on 882 capacity 52 -booked 47. Yet the app shows "No customers currently waiting to upgrade" on both segments.

I most certainly am "waiting to upgrade" , and I expect that there are others also on the wait list. I am curious to know where I stand. Wait listing is a way of life for me, but this is the first time that I have run into this situation. I know there probably is a simple explanation and would appreciate it if someone can provide it to me.
