Does anyone know who I could use my United Club Lounge Access cards at EWR Terminal B?

I see Lufthansa as a lounge but no United lounges. Can I use my pass there?

I'm flying via Air India with family. I was able to get my ticket paid off using miles alone (first timer ). But i'd love to use my passes to take my family into the lounge. You know for some R&R and to show off just a little .
