What to do with my AIRmiles?

I have an AIRmiles (AIRmiles canada I guess???) card since 1996. I've accumulated points everytime I shop at IGA supertmarket, cleaners and Shell station.
130k$ later, I have 6500 points. What should I do with those miles? It's not worth trading them in for airfares because the value of points is tiny compared to all the other mileage programs. And you have to pay the taxes on top of that.
So is there some type of trade to get value out of them? Do I trade them in for gifts (again another burn!)? Gift cards? Movie passes?
I would honestly prefer airmiles, but I honestly think thats not gonna happen unless there's something out there that makes sense...
