Hi I have an family emergency in the Philippines to attend. Looking to travel from IAH to CEB, or IAH to MNL. No KE account but have 70000 DL miles and 95000 Chase Rewards to transfer to KE. Travel will start Nov 1 returning Nov 16-17. One way is priority but please also give mileage requirement for RT.
