Actually we all subsidize companies that pay full J since they can deduct it from their taxes...as for federal (and provincial and municipal, except for the Mayor of Brampton) employees, they fly the lowest fare carrier within NAmerican and often that is WS or PD. The vast majority of public servants are not permitted J even on transcons. I suppose when Canada Post uses AC to transport mail, that's considered a subsidy too?
