No, it is suggested that passengers seeking for paid lounges should head to T3 for them. There is a separate sign for it.

There is no boarding pass check to enter T3 airside from Flight Connections. You exit the bus, take the escalators up, go through security (the BP check is only for fast track) and enter the hall with the airline desks. From there you enter the shopping frenzy, and go to the paid lounges.
There is no check nor is there a place for a BP check between the airline desk hall and the shopping h*ll.

Again, this requires you to have PP or pay for entry, this will not get access to any airline lounges.
