While what bhomburg says is correct, it is only correct if you fly 18K miles (you'll need to fly at least 16,667 miles @ 1.5 EQP per mile, in order to make the 25K EQP for Gold status)
Darn it. That's what I figured.
My calculations on miles (Flying through DFW - also a one-way SCL-EZE Business flight on AA codeshare w. LAN - including class bonuses)
SFO-DFW First, Round Trip = (1.5K x 1.5 x 2) = 4.5K
DFW-EZE Business, Round Trip = (5.25K x 1.25 x 2) = 13K
SCL-EZE Business, One Way = (1K x 1.25) = 1.25K
...more or less.
