The LGW lamb dish is a Navarin, whatever that means. It's very nice. The chicken is Roast chicken in Morel jus. When the lamb is on the menu (usually LGW - XXX) there's a Cajun chicken salad as the other option. The roast chicken is usually XXX-LGW and the other option is salmon salad.

Navarrin is a very traditional French lamb stew (usually made at the start of spring, but never mind that!)
