I really should tell you that it is a problem in case you're on a flight I'll be booking, so that I increase the chance of being able to get 1A or 1K

Honestly, I don't personally find it to be a problem. I guesstimate that there is around 3 feet (?) between 1A and 1K due to a wardrobe between them. I think that's more than the width of the aisle between any other seats, although other seats are a staggered.

When you're sitting back, you don't see the face of the person on the opposite side either.

If there is someone who repeatedly accesses the wardrobe, it can be a bit annoying though.
