No, status qualification is based on calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31). Therefore, you will have 10,000 EQM for 2014 based on your credit card spend, which is not enough to get you any level of status.
Beginning at 00:00 on January 1, 2015, EQM/P/S begin to accumulate for your status in 2015. Any status earned will last through (typically, based on years past) February 29, 2016.
