You can add the ability to transfer, with no annual fee, if you apply for an Everyday card. Discussion here:

$200 or more of the Business Platinum annual fee is refundable through fee reimbursements; it's really a $250 outlay for 75,000 bonus points (plus the 5,000 base points you will earn for the spend.)
