I'd join the others in recommending that you do not do this. You'll produce far more sweat answering questions about why you went through if it was to go back out, waiting for people to escort you out, and giving you nasty looks, and then sorting out your flight status again after your boarding pass ha been invalidated and you need to reexplain everything all over again before trying to go through security again than you will have washed off in the first place.

Incidentally, plenty of existing threads on that very question (all concluding to pretty much the same thing: yes it is technically possible, but no it is not worth it considering the inconvenience and time wasting you'll subject yourself to).
