If you really want a shower at the airport, use the Flight Connections buses and go to Terminal 3, where you can access the paid lounges (free for Priority Pass etc), and take a shower there.
Airside->Landside in T3 is a breeze, Simply walk back to transfer security, they will open the door for you and you head to border control.
