Zero would be unreasonable. There has to be some limit. Otherwise a chocolate or some caugh syrop might be enough to get you in trouble.

Real issue is: where should the limit be?

More to the point, in this event, the "different technique" used by CI, which seems more lenient, is both odd and somewhat scary.

I do believe they actually have quite a reputation. Wasn't alcohol involved in an accident in Japan, with an Airbus (A300?) in which they had forgotten to turn the computer to "landing" mode?
